Breathing and support exercises, exercises 1-4
Exercise 1: Air in through the nose - stomach bulges, out through the mouth, stomach moves back
Exercise 2: Air in through the mouth - stomach bulges, out through the mouth, stomach moves back
Exercise 3: Let air flow out or blow out with a sharp S or Sh, the stomach moves in, at the end let the stomach and lower jaw fall, the stomach bulges and the lungs fill with air by themselves by letting go at the end
Exercise 4: Flexibility exercises for the diaphragm with a sharp “S” or “Sh”

Exercise 5: Lying down, we practice breathing into our stomach, i.e. deep and diaphragmatic breathing, so that we can move away from high breathing (breathing in the chest and shoulders).

Exercise 6: Inhale and exhale in stages, i.e. inhale and exhale in bursts by snapping the abdominal wall back and forth and simultaneously widening the flanks and intercostal muscles
