Valerie Ryser
Singing teacher / vocal coach / soprano“Discover and develop your own voice with joy, creativity, and sound technique.” – Valerie
"As a passionate singer and experienced vocal coach, I am delighted to share my enthusiasm for music and singing with others. With my experience in solo singing and private lessons, I help my students discover and develop their voices. My focus is on teaching vocal technique, interpretation, and stage presence in a creative and enjoyable way, and on addressing each student's individual voice. Music should be fun and inspiring – I want to make that tangible in every lesson."
Valérie Fleur Ryser gained her first musical experiences at a very young age. As a young adult, she switched from a pop/rock band to classical training, where she discovered her new passion. After completing her Bachelor's degree in classical singing at the Lucerne School of Music, she pursued her great passion for opera and was accepted into the Swiss Opera Studio in Biel, where she will complete her Master's degree in the summer of 2025.
My vision
My goal in teaching is to equip students with the necessary vocal skills so they can use their voices healthily and expressively. I love discussing vocal technique, experimenting with the voice, and discovering new insights into the physical processes involved in singing. My priorities are to teach vocal technique clearly and systematically, to address individual voice types and personalities, and to share the joy of music and artistic expression. Reflecting on my own technique and interpretation not only helps my students but also me as an artist.
