Exercises for breathing and support, exercises 1–4
Exercise 1: Breathe air in through the nose – belly expands, breathe out through the mouth, belly moves back.
Exercise 2: Breathe air in through the mouth – belly expands, breathe out through the mouth, belly moves back.
Exercise 3: Exhale with a sharp "S" or "Sh" sound; your stomach will move inwards. At the end, let your stomach and lower jaw drop, your stomach will expand, and your lungs will fill with air on their own as you release the pressure.

Exercise 5: We practice lying down and breathing into the abdomen, i.e., deep and diaphragmatic breathing, so that we move away from shallow breathing (breathing in the chest and shoulders).

Exercise 6: Inhaling and exhaling in stages, i.e., inhaling and exhaling in short bursts by snapping the abdominal wall forward and backward and by simultaneously expanding the flanks and intercostal muscles.
