How do I rent a rehearsal room in Zurich?
Please fill out the form below and tell us what you would like to use the room for. After reviewing your request, you will receive a personal link to our booking calendar, provided the room is available for rent. There you can view available time slots, book directly, and conveniently pay the rental fee via TWINT or credit card .
After booking, we will automatically send you your personal access codes for the entrance door and the rented room. You will receive these 12 hours and again 1 hour before your appointment.
You are welcome to visit our premises in advance by appointment.
Our rehearsal rooms are available to you 365 days a year from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm – regardless of the opening hours of the singing school.

Answers to frequently asked questions about rehearsal room rental at Classic Vocal Studio Zurich
Who are the rooms suitable for?
Our rooms are suitable for musical rehearsals, singing lessons, practice, and other creative work. Please tell us in the inquiry form what you would like to use the room for.
For commercial use (workshops, recordings, etc.) please contact us directly via email.
How can I book a room?
Please fill out the inquiry form and tell us what you would like to use the room for. After we have reviewed your request, you will receive a personal link to our booking calendar, provided the room is available for rent. There you can view available time slots, book directly, and conveniently pay the rental fee via TWINT or credit card.
After successful booking, we will send you the personal access codes for the entrance door and for the rented room.
Can I book more than one hour?
Yes. In the booking calendar, you can select and book multiple hours directly. We also offer discounted packages of 5 and 10 sessions that you can use flexibly for your bookings. After each booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
When can I book?
Our rooms are available to you 365 days a year from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm – regardless of the singing school's opening hours. You can view available slots and book them directly in the booking calendar at any time.
How can I pay?
After your request has been confirmed, you will receive a personal link to our booking calendar. There you can conveniently pay for the rental via TWINT or credit card.
Once payment is received, we will send you your access codes for the entrance door and the rented room. If online payment is not possible, please contact us directly.
How do I get into the room?
After your successful payment, you will receive personal access codes from us: one for the building's entrance and another for the rented room. This allows you to use the rooms independently and flexibly.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start time. Please send us an email to info@classicvocalstudio.ch
and let us know which appointment you would like to cancel.If you cancel in time, we will refund you (via TWINT or credit card, depending on your payment method). Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time.
Which instruments can I use or bring with me?
Depending on the room, the following instruments are available to you (included in the price):
Room 1: Schmidt-Flohr grand piano
Room 2: Schimmel upright piano
Room 3 – Liveroom: Yamaha C3 studio grand piano & two guitarsYou can also bring your own instrument, as long as it's an acoustic one. Electric instruments are permitted by prior arrangement. Please note that we cannot allow oversized or extremely loud instruments.
If you would like to practice as a singer with a microphone, please contact us in advance. We can provide speakers and a microphone for a small additional fee.
What is included in the price?
The rental price includes:
Use of the instruments in the respective room (piano or grand piano)

coffee machine,
Wi-FiWe kindly ask you to leave the rooms clean after use, dispose of your trash, and clean the coffee machine if you have used it. Thank you for your cooperation!
Are drinks or food available at the studio?
Coffee is available free of charge. Please note that no food is allowed in the rooms to protect instruments and equipment.
